Those who met him say that he was a gentle soul,a couragious character, a calligrapher,a good dancer, a person who knew how to enjoy the simple things in life,a perfumer, a traveled man and a good father. Maybe they are right...maybe not. Sometimes when a man we love dies we only remember the best of him...
I like to think of him this way...a noble man! My grandfather who I never met.

wearing was given to him by the photographer and it's the only photo
of the years at the army that he is not in his military uniform. |

His was well known for his courage between the family members.

| At this picture he is only 21 years old, he passed away at 1976 a few months before I was born. Wish we had met grandfather... |

This whole project was inspired by the challenge at
Bird is the word with the word "courage". There is a sketch which gave me inspiration for the composition.
It will also be my entry for another challenge at
Berry 71 bleu where "anything goes" for the month of July.
